My fiancé and I have taken pottery classes and the teachers are great! Plus the prices for classes and a membership are pretty decent

Really terrific working studio w/ pieces displayed and for sale. Free entry and extremely pleasant atmosphere filled with working artists in various mediums (clay, jewelery, painting, etc.) that are happy to educate folks about their craft. Kudos to Raleigh for this little treasure!

Beautiful landscape and a lovely studio. My pottery instructor was a bit shoddy as an instructor, but I think she is a good person overall. Her class was geared more so towards pinch mugs. The class size was too large for her and we did not review techniques such as utilizing colored slip, adding a foot, etc.. I've taken other pottery classes within the triangle area, so I have some ideas of how they typically go. What I like about this studio is the location, it's modern, the cost to take classes, and how fast our items are fired in the kiln. I would have appreciated more guidance on something I was interested in making. Overall, I recommend this studio!

It's a small gallery but always interesting. Creativity is encouraged & nurtured. Each time I come, the displays are carefully planned and beautifully presented. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I also discovered a small garden outside...

Pullen is a great community resource. We've taken a few pottery classes here and are now studio members. I wish there were a darkroom too...maybe someday.
