Our dog goes here for day care as well as boarding. Even though this is far away from home (about 30 miles for us) this is the place my wife feels most comfortable to leave our dog when we travel. They post pictures daily on Facebook which is gives good assurance that your dog is having fun while there.

This place is literally my dog’s favorite place on earth. The staff and management are honestly incredible and I can tell how much they LOVE my dog as their own. I had never put my dog (who is literally my BABY) into daycare before, so I was extremely nervous and paranoid. No matter how many times I called to get an update or check in, or repeat the same instructions over and over because I’m a helicopter dog mom, they never sounded annoyed over the phone. They were always extremely reassuring and so sweet. They take such good care of my baby. They also post soo many pictures everyday on the Facebook page so you can literally see your fur baby having the time of their life. This was my first experience with doggy daycare and I seriously could not have gotten more lucky with this place. I would personally recommend this place to any other obsessive, helicopter dog mom’s (or dad’s) lol. Btw they have such a cute outdoor play space with little kiddie pools and sprinklers for the dogs to play in. So cute

This is the best place in Austin for doggy day care and boarding. The people are super caring, loving, and enthusiastic, and it shows in all interactions.My dog goes to day care as often as possible. Sometimes I've boarded her, which usually causes her to be reluctant the next time we go for day care. Not at Pups and Pals! She is so excited every morning! The daily schedule allows for group play and indoor rest. The staff evaluates the dogs' personalities, size, and energy levels before putting them in a group. Playtime includes best friends, lots of cuddles and kisses, pools in the summer, and always playscapes. They go out anywhere between 6-8 times a day, with breaks in their air conditioned suites. The building is super nice, very new, and the play areas have K9 grass that keeps their paws nice and clean. I especially like that it is hosed every night. BTW there's a groomer onsite! Just a heads up -- it's hard to see the marquis from the 1st street entrance. You really need to know what you're looking for! April and I give Pups and Paws 4 paws up!

Pups and Pals is the best facility. Management does a great job hiring the best staff - they all care so much about the dogs. The dogs are separated into groups by size and temperament. Groups are rotated in and out of the outdoor play yards to ensure they get adequate playtime and rest. My dog really came out of her shell here. She found a best friend and definitely had her favorite staff members. We are so sad to have moved out of the area because Pups and Pals is such a great place! Thank you, South Park team, for taking care of my girl!

I can’t stress enough how much we LOVE pups and pals. Every single employee is so incredibly kind and you can tell they love being there just as much as our pups. My dog, Ellie, loves her time there, whether she’s doing daycare or being boarded. She’ll walk herself to the door of the lobby the minute we park at Pups and Pals, ready to go play with her friends. We also love the daily pictures they upload with all the dogs on their social media ☺️
