Sheena is awesome! We enrolled our dog in puppy training and he was forever changed. She taught our dog how to go potty outside, sit, climb on his bed, sleep in his kennel comfortably, and walk on a leash without pulling. We also had adult training for our dog when he was 3 years old. They did a great job teaching him advanced skills. This is a great place if you want your dog to continue learning. Plus they offer boarding services! Our dog is always happy to go play with other dogs when we go on vacation.

Puptown puts care and quality first. The change in my dog’s obedience has been incredible. My life went from dealing with an anxious dog jumping on everyone to having a calm, well-behaved dog. You can tell they truly care about both the dogs and their owners. Great experience every time.

I’ve also trusted them with dog boarding for both short and long stays, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Every time, he has been well cared for, safe, exercised, and genuinely loved by the staff. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in a calm, structured, and professional environment, especially for dogs with anxiety or special behavioral needs. From behavior rehabilitation and training to boarding, this facility truly goes above and beyond!! I had a 9-month-old doodle who completed the three-week training program at Puptown Houston, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Our trainer, Sheena, was amazing — she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly understood how to communicate with my dog. A year later, my doodle is still extremely well-behaved, which shows how solid and reliable their training really is. One of the things I love most about Puptown is that it’s not just a one-and-done program. I have a safe and trustworthy place to bring my dog for boarding and continued training anytime I need it. I had an amazing experience with the puppy training program! My new puppy went from wild and nipping to confident, calm, and well-mannered. The trainers taught leash manners, socialization, and crate training better than anywhere else I have found. If you’ve got a new puppy and want to avoid them creating bad habits get them started on the puppy program!
