I'd like to echo the other complaints about their "membership." I had an injury and couldn't continue, so I attempted to cancel -- at least half a dozen times -- even driving to the location because they don't reply to emails consistently and NEVER answer the phone or return calls. Do not waste your time here
I had so much fun working out with these lovely people. I am definitely coming back. In addition, the member ship was reasonable and the classes are a great workout.
I went to 2 classes at this location. One was a free class and the other was under the unlimited membership. To my understanding that membership says you can attend unlimited classes during that month. Not too far into the month I noticed I was no longer able to book classes, it kept prompting me to buy more credits. I had intended to try more classes before cancelling even though they were too much for my level of fitness at the moment but I did want to give it a good try overall. I took not being able to book as a sign to go ahead and cancel. I sent an email letting them know how the app wouldn't let me book classes and wanting to cancel, and it took awhile to hear back from anyone, they said it was due to the holidays. They say they could have fixed the issue had they known about it and said they want me to pay a $100.00 cancellation fee for not continuing the 3 months. My issue is that it's not my job to make sure the services on the app are working. I should not have to pay for services I wasn't able to use or pay for cancelling them after deciding for that reason along with not wanting to go into a level of fitness training my body isn't ready for yet. It seems like they are responding to one text/email a day at this point if at all. They bombard you with promotional texts asking you to join classes so communication shouldn't be this much of an issue. I do not recommend only because they do not take responsibility when the issue is their own fault. In this situation, not being able to use the service I had already paid for, then being expected to pay an expensive cancellation fee. No thank you.
Came for a free session; I had signed up and never received a confirmation call like my friends did, but I was still excited to attend. I arrived with a friend; We were 3 minutes behind the start time. They locked the door, so we tried to get the attention of the instructor with no luck, so I called another friend that was attending and let them know we had been standing outside for a few minutes. The instructor finally came to the door and stated that class had already started which I understood. I did let her know that I was outside for a few minutes and the response was that she started two minutes late already, and I would need to sign waiver information that would take time. No sense in arguing about access to a free class, so we just left. I’ll try a different establishment that provides a better communicative process to prevent issues such as this. I’ll also accept accountability for being a few minutes late. I ultimately just felt dismissed.
