Anna is one of a kind. I had such a great experience at Pure Bride. She helped me with every dress, took fun pictures for my friends and I, and gave thoughtful recommendations that really helped me figure out what I liked. She even laid out different fabric pieces so I could better picture the final look. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made the whole appointment feel super comfortable and special. If you’re unsure where to go, Pure Bride should be your first stop. Every part of the experience was genuinely amazing. 10/10 across the board.

Anna is amazing to work with! I booked a Premium appointment with four guests, and each and every one of the dresses that I tried on was stunning. Both the craftsmanship of all of the dresses and the service provided by Anna are second-to-none. On top of all of that, each dress is custom made to your measurements. I would highly recommend Pure Bride to anyone in the greater Sacramento area!

Anna is truly amazing at what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable & professional. You can tell that she pours out her heart & passion for her career. Pure Bride was the 1st place I made an appointment with to try on Wedding Dresses. From the moment me and family came to our appointment she made us feel welcomed. The dresses here are beautiful and truly show craftsmanship. After discussing the things I was looking for and looking at my inspiration she directed me to a few silhouettes to try. Each dress I came out in she notated what could be fixed and helped guide me and my emotions on what I loved or did not like. She helped me understand what options work best with my silhouette. She picked up on body cues to truly see what was a good fit. I will be honest, I was very particular about a few details I was looking for and she had options and even explained how the dresses could be customized and everything was made to order for your body size. Since this was my 1st apt ever trying on dresses and there are so many emotions that go a long with that, I had left the appointment letting her know I had a few appointments scheduled at other places to shop around. She never once pressured me to make a purchase or treated me differently, she was always kind and willing to work with my schedule. I shopped at 2 other stores after leaving Pure Bride in several weeks to follow and always kept comparing her dresses and her shop's craftsmanship to the others I was shopping around with. Not to mention her prices were amazing for the quality and customization you are getting with it. I ended up coming back to her shop to make another apt and found more than 1 option after honing in on what I was looking for and had trouble narrowing down. We did a blend of features from multiple dresses and I was able to create my dream dress. I am so glad I came to Pure Bride first/last for the quality and customer service that you should be receiving when your going through such a special experience. Her valuable knowledge and expertise carries from the design process to the alterations process. I am gifted with a bigger chest and had some concerns and struggle with my body that has made it challenging when shopping for a Wedding Dress. The whole time Anna has made me feel heard and seen and has amazing communication to help with vocalizing my concerns to her recommended alterations. All of this shows her passion for her love of what she does. She is truly a compassionate human being. Life has thrown myself and family a few curveballs with the passing of a family member and also recently a pet loss. With the struggles of working through emotions of grief but still trying to push forward on Wedding Planning, and then also the normal emotions a bride goes through when shopping for their dream dress, Anna has shown nothing but patience, love and respect. The only thing I would mention to improve on for the future is I wish there was a better confirmation with a picture from the design studio on some changes we were working through before shipping. I did receive pictures to approve the skirt of the dress, but feel this was missed in the top/back of the dress where concern with particular details were being worked through. I understand that was a missed communication from the design shop and that they had shipped it prior to sending those final pictures out for approval but this area could have been caught for additional fixing that was needed for embroidery details and other placements. Thank you for helping work through these concerns as we are in our alterations stage on what we can do to fix those details. This by no means shows any concern on craftsmanship, just on a communication error that could have saved some trouble for the future. Thank you so much Anna for everything you have helped with and for helping me navigate life along the way. I look forward to seeing my dress after alterations in its entirety and will recommend you to future brides. I will post dress pictures after my wedding in October 2024. XO, Nikki

Highly recommend this place to purchase your dream dress for day X. Highly helpful stylist. I wanted a dress I saw on the one of the pictures in the Internet and we totally customized and remodeled one of the dresses in a way I wanted it to look and according to my parameters. I got it faster than expected which is a huge plus too. Anna helped with finding a lady who could cut my dress a bit because it was a little longer covering the expenses for that. I was getting compliments from everyone at my wedding for looking like a princess. You won’t disregard the store and the stylist for choosing this store and its service.
