Staff were great, explained gait analysis very well, made sure I had all the information I needed to understand the shoes and we're super helpful. Would highly recommend here for anyone looking to find the right shoe for them.
A brilliant experience! I really enjoyed this shop and my visit to it. The staff are really welcoming and friendly. I was after a running coat, one that was reflective and another waterproof as well as some good running socks. I was able to try on different sizes in the fitting room and determine which was needed etc. I was also advised on a good sock to buy, and got a great pair which I look forward to trying in the coming days. A good time to go as both coats were on sale price. An excellent shop. Very highly recommended!
A great experience, although the shop did not have my size the staffed were very helpful. Asking me what shoe I was searching after before making use of appropriate sizes available in other shoes to test my fit. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Staff were so knowledgeable and supportive. We popped in to buy our son his first 'proper' running shoes. One very happy lad now.
Myself and my sister visited on Saturday morning for a gait analysis. I didn’t catch the colleague’s name but he was very patient and informative. He gave us plenty of options and helped us find the best pair. He showed us various colour ways online with the option of ordering in. We left to think about it and decided to go with the shoes/colour we tried in store. I rang the store today and spoke to Jenny, who was so friendly. Jenny and her colleague had the shoes ready for me to collect when I arrived and they were so patient even though I arrived at closing time. Super customer service on both days. I will definitely recommend! ⭐️
