Having moved many times due to military and career changes, we have worked with many real estate companies over the years. Without a doubt, our experience with Pursuit Real Estate was the best! They truly are exceptional! Jeff Riber and Tanna Curry helped to make the process of selling our home while out of state seamless. Not only did they organize the logistics of getting our home ready to sell, they helped us to navigate the complexity of a slow real estate market. Their communication and attentional to detail was superb. We so appreciated the honesty and recommendations on how best to position the sale of our home. After spending almost 25 years in their home, my parents decided take a leap and purchase a new one. It was not an easy decision for them, as there was alot of sentimental value and attachment they had to their home. To help them with this process, I looked for a reputable company to partner with and came across Pursuit Real Estate. After an introductory call, Matty Miller took on the assignment and we could not have been more thrilled! Matty has a no pressure attitude and is very understanding of the emotional aspect that is involved with a sale/purchase of a new house. He always made time for questions, and really listened to our needs and wants. His approach was tactical and analytical, and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. Matty did a thorough market analysis and was very transparent, which I appreciated. Tanna, who is the Coordinator, was also great. She coordinated all the paperwork and showings, and was always available when there were follow-up questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. My parents sold their house, and bought their dream home with Matty’s help in a matter of weeks. We could not be happier with Matty and the Pursuit Real Estate team as a whole.
