It was my first time but I absolutely loved it. The technology of the scoring was really cool and I love the different course options. Layla was very sweet and helpful! Good customer service is hard to find these days and she was great! We will definitely be back!

had an amazing time at Puttshack Louisville, but honestly the real highlight of the entire experience was Layla and the absolutely unreal level of customer service she brought to the place. From the moment we interacted with her, Layla radiated this genuine, effortless positivity that you cannot fake. Her smile alone could improve your putting score — and I’m only half joking. It wasn’t just a “polite customer service smile,” it was the kind that makes you feel welcome, relaxed, and excited to be there. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does, and that energy spreads fast. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, helpful without making it feel scripted, and warm in a way that made the whole venue feel less like a business and more like a place you want to hang out. Whether she was answering questions, helping things run smoothly, or just interacting with guests, she made everyone feel seen and taken care of. That kind of presence elevates the entire experience — and it’s rare. Puttshack itself is a blast: fun courses, great atmosphere, and a solid vibe overall. But what really stuck with me when I left wasn’t just the tech-driven mini golf or the drinks — it was how one person’s attitude and smile completely set the tone for the night. Layla is the kind of employee every venue hopes to have and every customer hopes to encounter. If management is reading this: she’s a star. We had a really good time. The golf was fun. The courses were fun then staff was nice very amazing. Our waiter/serve was very polite. Very kind would recommend the golf would not recommend the food. The portion sizes is outrageous compared to the price and not to mention my food was burnt go for the golf, not the food

This is a cool place. Huge with lots of courses to choose from. The food smelled good but we did not dine in this time. We did sit at the bar for drinks. They were OK. I wouldn’t go here just for drinks but the bar area is really nice. It was pretty busy for a Monday night but it’s winter break. Check in process and where to go to begin the game was a bit confusing and staff was scattered but happy to help when we encountered them. Bathrooms are also very nice and very clean.

It was my first time but I absolutely loved it. The technology of the scoring was really cool, reminded me of bowling. My reason for 4/5 stars was the food didn't match the beautiful atmosphere. Being a seasoned cook I tend to be biased at times but I wasn't satisfied with the flavor. We received great service but I will eat somewhere else before my next putt-putt session!
