Cynthia is AMAZING!!! The facility is so welcoming and they are all very professional. If you ever consider taking music lessons, I HIGHLY recommend Quality Music!!!
My sons have been coming here for years!! Wayne and Muffy are phenomenal owners and the teachers are all top notch! My son started with Wayne and then went on to further his guitar lessons with teacher Chris and my other son started with music theory with Muffy and then went on to several of the teachers for piano. They are all fantastic! I drive over an hr each way to just come to this studio.
I took my son here originally for drum lessons and he had a great time with his teacher. I came back after that for a vocal lesson and scheduled my son another drum lesson. It was at this point the owner started trying to force a month to month contract on me after 1 lesson. I explained that my son's grandfather is very sick with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and that we can't guarantee we will be in town every week since we have been visiting him more ( almost weekly ). The owner seemed unsympathetic to this and continued to debate and argue about getting his contract signed. After that, I considered not coming back because I didn't want to give this man any more of my money, however I had really enjoyed my 1 vocal lesson and my son also enjoyed his drum lesson, so I asked if I could pay for another vocal lesson in advance to which he begrudgingly agreed. I explained to him that I would be happy to pay for our lessons a week in advance when we knew we were going to be in town. However that wasn't good enough for him and he insisted on locking me in a monthly contract, and that I would have to next time I came. My son's second drum lesson was great ( yesterday ) and I had my 3rd vocal lesson today which was lovely. Unfortunately, when I came around the corner to the front desk, the owner was waiting for me with a posture and look on his face that said he was ready to argue. Great way to greet a customer upon seeing them. He immediately asked me what I had decided about his contract, to which I declined to sign it and offered to pay for another vocal lesson a week in advance since I know I will be in town next week. He debated me again and said that I couldn't do that and tried to argue that rules are rules, which is just silly in this case. Most of his arguments were based around people in the past not showing up for lessons and them losing money since they would have teachers there still getting paid. However, if someone is paying you a week in advance for an upcoming lesson, you're guaranteed that person is going to show or at least to have their money for the lesson already. In the end though, it is his business and he can make up whatever obscure and silly rules he wants. Just know, that after your 1st lesson they're going to try and force a month to month contract on you and make you lock in a time for every week. Personally, I'll be taking my business and my money elsewhere.
My twins enrolled in piano lessons when they were 5yo. Quality Music Center was one of the only places we could find to start lessons at their age. We have been enrolled for over a year and my girls absolutely love Ms Adrienne. They have learned so much. All the staff and teachers are very nice.
I signed up my daughter (age 6) to take piano lessons here and her teacher (Mr. Morgan) is wonderful. Lessons are at her level while keeping her challenged but engaged. I also decided to sign myself up for beginner guitar lessons (age 40) and Wayne is a phenomenal instructor. Patient while still able to keep me working on the next tough thing. I have to admit that I was apprehensive about taking lessons at my age but he makes it such a great experience. I'll be signing up my other children for lessons here when they are of age.
