I had an excellent experience at Quality Tune-Up on Northgate Boulevard. This was hands down the best oil change and service I’ve ever received. The staff was very patient, professional, and respectful of my time and my decisions. They explained things clearly, did not try to upsell me, and fully honored the services I came in for without pressure. It felt good to be listened to and respected as a customer. I highly recommend this location for honest, quality service. I did the rare thing and found a Shop that treats people like adults i’m holding onto this place like a secret family recipe! Tannah exceeded my expectations with her exceptional customer service. 10/10 highly recommended; definitely returning for further repairs. Compared prices at surrounding shops and by far the best rate in town. The cherry on top was the managers discount for being an outstanding customer. The Services I received was replacement brakes and rotors all the way around and they also use high-quality materials
Tannah is EXCELLENT and the team is incredible! I am so very happy to have stopped here. I have been strapped for cash right before Christmas and she made sure that I was able to obtain financing, got approved and was able to address every recommendation provided to have more confidence on the road.
