Queen City Pet Sitting came through for us in a big way. We were in a tough spot—our first, second, and even third go-to sitters were all unavailable. For a last-minute beach trip, we were able to register with Queen City Pet Sitting by text, and they had our assigned sitter, Diane, out for a same-day consultation within just a few hours. Diane was fantastic. She walked our dog three times a day for three days, and everything ran smoothly. The rates were great, the service was even better, and the communication through the Queen City Pet Sitting app made the whole experience stress-free. We received pictures, updates on how our dog was eating, and thoughtful notes about her overall condition—truly detailed and reassuring. We have had a great experience so far with Queen City! Our primary walker Marleigh is fantastic and our dog loves her. We always get great photos and updates through the app which is fun to receive when at work. The communication is fantastic and we also had another great walker Bridget cover when Marleigh was unavailable.

We LOVE Neal so much and our dogs are so happy having him walk them every day while we are at work. Neal is always attentive to them and responds quickly when we have questions. When he is out of town, Danielle has walked our 2 labs and she was also so friendly and kind to them. We feel so much better knowing our dogs are enjoying a walk while we are busy at work. Tully, our 1.5 year old lab would have eaten the entire house had it not been for Neal! We love Queen City Pet Sitting!

They sent over Catherine to meet with us and we instantly loved her. She was professional and very loving towards our dogs. She has done a few visits and an overnight and we couldn't be happier! She is constantly in contact with us, updating and sending pictures. We can honestly go away and feel so comfortable knowing our pets are in good and loving hands. I couldn't recommend Queen city and Catherine enough!!
