I can't say enough good things about this grooming service! I have two huskies (aka double the fur and double the challenge), and they did an absolutely amazing job. From start to finish, the staff was so professional and thoughtful. They called ahead to confirm pickup times, kept me updated throughout the process, and let me know exactly when my dogs would be dropped back off. That communication gave me so much peace of mind. Both of my huskies came home looking incredible and smelling so fresh. Their coats were soft, shiny, and honestly cleaner than I thought possible given how dirty and hairy they were going in. You can tell they really took their time and cared for my dogs like their own. The convenience of pickup and drop-off was a huge bonus, but the real win is how happy and comfortable my dogs seemed afterward. I felt like they were in great hands the entire time. If you have dogs with a lot of fur (or any pup that deserves some pampering), I highly recommend this place! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Wow just wow!! My Kash, looks absolutely adorable . The groomer I use to take him to moved and I was so sad because trying to find another great groomer is nerve wrecking. I dreaded having to take him to a different groomer because we all know how that can go. However, once my baby started getting bangs I realized it was about that time. & I must say I am beyond happy with the experience. Good customer service, fast service, and did I say he looks adorable. Thank you Queen of the Paws. You have gained a new client or I should say clients because my mom is ready to bring her baby as well. I appreciate you all. Thanks again 💙

I took my baby Nugget to Queen of the Paws today for his first hair cut - Miss Kandice did an amazing job with him! His appointment was at 1000 and he was ready to go a little over an hour later! Since it was his first time at the groomer, he was a little spicy, but she handled him with care and left him looking fantastic. Would absolutely recommend this grooming salon!

I wish I could give this business a higher rating, because there's a lot to like. It's a local family business, they take all sorts of animals, do nail trims/teeth brushing/ear cleaning with each groom and - my favorite part for sure - they offer pickup & dropoff!! They were timely, communicative and nice folk! The problem is that this was expensive and the haircut is bad. When I've had my cat shaved before, I paid $110. This was $230 + pickup fees. I don't mind paying the price but I expect good results. It's hard to photograph but my cat is noticeably uneven. His fur on the right side is much longer and not as even. Taking him to the groomers is pretty stressful for both of us, so it's important that it's done right the first time.

I had the best experience at Queen of the Paws when I took my puppy for his first haircut! I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but the staff was incredibly supportive and walked me through everything. Their friendliness and professionalism left me feeling at ease. When my puppy came out looking absolutely adorable with the cutest haircut, I couldn’t help but smile! They really did an amazing job and made his first grooming experience a positive one. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care they provided, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Queen of the Paws to anyone looking for a great grooming experience for their pets. I’ll definitely be returning for our next appointment!
