Had an appointment with Dr. Mark, his team (I believe also a nurse practitioner who is his wife - great duo!) were lovely and accommodating even when I had to change my appointment time last minute. I had a completely bulk billed skin assessment and skin check. After Dr. Mark spent time to talk dangers and what to look out for - it’s clear skin health is Dr. Marks life calling!!! I have now booked a return appointment to continue my skin health checks and am really happy with my experience.
I had a skin cancer check here had a good experience. The clinic is modern, clean and very professional. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Dr Mark was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment.
The service is consistently flawless, and the customer experience truly reflects their 5-star reputation. Dr. Mark always pops in to say hello, adding a genuinely personal touch. The care and attention from the nurse, receptionist, and the entire team easily outweighed any memory of the discomfort from the treatment. Elisa was great! She was careful, patient and super caring. I’ll definitely be back. 😊
Lovely rooms and Staff. Dr Mark was very informative, going back for biopsy of suspicious spot and made me more aware of sibling connection to getting a Melanoma like my brother had this year. Also very thankful that my visit is taken care of with bulk bill. Such appreciated, I have more friends to come that will appreciate this service too.
My partner and I visited this clinic for the first time. The moment we entered, we loved how clean and modern the clinic was. Most importantly the warm reception welcome from Samantha was a fantastic first impression. She offered us a drink while we waited - very nice touch! Then, we saw Dr Mark Chernoff. He was great! Covered all my concerns and was very detailed. Lastly, we were seen by Mel, she was also brilliant. She treated me for a concern I had and it was done in no time. To all the team, thank you for going above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend more - 5 stars coming your way!
