I filled out a form to get a quote for what I needed for my event and never heard back. I called up there myself twice to see what was going on and both times they said they would get back to me after having a conversation about what I needed and have never heard back. Don’t rely on them. I guess they are only interested in working with Big events and companies. A wedding of 100 people seems too small for them to care about.

No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente que este lugar es una broma. Está muy mal gestionado y no les importa en absoluto la satisfacción del cliente. No les importa porque son la empresa de eventos más grande y saben que igual obtendrán tu negocio. Sé que muchas de las últimas reseñas de 5 estrellas son empleados actuales. No les importan sus empleados. Trátenlos como perros durante el verano y reduzcan sus horas durante el invierno. Buen trabajo, la gerencia. Solo ten cuidado si haces un pedido. Normalmente no te llamarán para informarte de problemas hasta el día anterior o el día siguiente. Asegúrate de decirle a tu representante de ventas que quieres conocer el inventario durante la primera conversación. Harán la venta sin considerar el inventario disponible. Si los eliges para tu evento, pues buena suerte y te deseo lo mejor. Si tu evento no tiene problemas, ve a comprar un billete de lotería porque eres extremadamente afortunado.

All Seasons Event Rental provides the table, chairs & tent for our annual event. They are fast, friendly & efficient! All Seasons is wonderful to work with from quote to tear down. This was the first time we had an issue with our order; however, they quickly rectified the situation. I received calls immediately from the Plant & Distribution offices . And, the Event Planner called me during his vacation! Each department was concerned & wanted to ensure we were satisfied. And, we were! Great customer service! The gentlemen who set up the tent were also great to work with & very accommodating. Thank you for everything! Were very pleased with the set up for our event.
