This place is amazing and they work SUPER fast!!! Not to mention Liz is the bomb.com! I had 2 extremely tangled necklaces for almost a year and practically gave up hope on them. I mean they were severely knotted up, REAL bad. Within 12 hours of dropping off my jewelry, Liz got them both completely untangled and they look brand new! This is the best customer service ever. I truly can’t thank y’all enough for making this such an easy and pleasant experience!
If you LOVE your watch don’t take it here. Took my Gucci watch here to get the battery replaced. I already knew things were going to go wrong when I saw them putting my watch face down directly on the table. Forcefully trying to open the back of the watch. Which ended up scratching my watch, broke the bracelet pin from the force they were putting to open my watch. Then told me the pin is broken but to not worry about it because they’ll replace it for me at no cost! Lucky me, now I had a shitty cheap pin in it that’s thinner than OEM and now I hear my watch rattle whenever I move my hand. Lastly they didn’t close the back properly, they were putting so much pressure with their hands, told them it’s good as it is before I end up with a non working watch. When I pointed out that they scratched my watch they said it was already like that, I said no it wasn’t and their response was “well that happens sometimes”. This place does not deserve to be in business. They should never touch nice watches/jewelry. Wish I could put no stars, 1 star is too much for this place and the staff.
I went in to get a battery replacement for my old Timex. The manager stopped what she was working on and helped me. Plus, she had my watch band cleaned for it was terribly dirty. The price was very reasonable and I was in & out in 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this establishment for battery replacement…
They replaced the battery in my watch and had it ready in under 30 minutes. They even set the time for me, which was a nice touch. Super professional, reasonably priced, and the whole process was smooth. They did a fantastic job. I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything else. Highly recommend!
I worked with Blaze and Daniel for my jewelry work. Both are amazing in customer service and knowledge. I had an idea to add a diamond to a ring that was originally made with a quartz stone by a local Texas artist. The diamond was from a family piece. Blaze blew me away with the finished product. I can’t say enough about this location on Lemmon Ave in Dallas! Thank you fellas! Photo on the finger is after the work.
