spilled a drink on my laptop- he was able to do a full clean up and added some thermal paste for very good price!! and he added some missing screws with no extra costs! very kind, man!

Our Dell...5 years old, great laptop, top grade, and it turned out that the motherboard had failed. It's an expensive repair, but worth it. QuikTek have us an estimate and a timeline, and we picked it up a few days early. Great service. Recommend

My ASUS had a damaged display screen, which I would normally just fix myself but that particular screen is completely sold out for commercial purchase and has been for some time. So I called these guys before coming in to see if it was something they could fix. The gentleman I spoke to said sure, and he took some time to try and find one while we were still on the phone, which I appreciated. But there were some nuisances he wasn't sure about so he asked me to bring it in anyways. A couple hours later I walk into the store and (who I presumed to be) the shop owner comes out from the back. He confirmed I was the one who called about the ASUS, and this kind old guy had taken the liberty to call ASUS themselves to ask about my problem! Well, he informed me that individual parts to my particular laptop weren't available ANYWHERE in the country. The parts are from Taiwan, and with the increased terrifs nonsense I guess it wasn't worth shipping them to the US for the foreseeable future. So they couldn't actually fix anything about my laptop, but they certainly put my problem to rest and I didn't even have to ask. I'm really thankful for that. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future!

I cannot recommend Dave enough. I was moving and my laptop screen cracked all across. Went to Best Buy and was quoted almost $500 because it’s touch screen, and I’d have to ship it to some warehouse out East and it would take a month. So I took it to Asurion and was quoted $400 and I’d also need to ship it out East for two weeks. Started calling around and he was the only one who would actually look up the model number to find the parts, tell me the price of the parts, and give me an accurate quote with labor and tax. All over the phone, WITHOUT charging me for the information. Came in store to drop off my laptop, and he inspected it to confirm what needed to be done and ordered the parts straight from the manufacture. My laptop was ready 4 days later!!!! Excellent customer service and communication. He’s a good honest man who has been in the industry for a long time and knows what he’s doing!! I will not go or trust anyone else.
