From the very beginning, Johanna was professional, creative, organized, and truly invested in making my daughter’s Sweet 16 absolutely perfect. She listened to our vision, added her own expert touch, and brought everything together flawlessly. The entire Quixotic Team was incredible—detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and always one step ahead. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly, allowing us to actually enjoy the celebration without stress. The décor, coordination, timing—every single detail was handled with care and excellence. My daughter felt so special, and the event exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for an event planner who is talented, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about what they do, Johanna and the Quixotic Team are simply the best. Johana and her team did a great job for my birthday party decoration; the flowers, the stage, the details were exceptional. The centerpieces were the prettiest I’ve ever seen. Since the beginning, they helped me to coordinate my party, with different meetings to guide me step by step with the process. My family and I were completely blown away. Our guests won't stop expressing how incredible this event was and how beautiful and perfect every detail was. They are saying that this is the most magical, elegant, exquisite and beautiful sweet sixteen they have ever been to. I couldn't agree more. My daughter's sweet 16 was a complete fairytale. The first thing that blew me away was the size of the centerpieces. They were huge but in a good way. They really complemented the tables and the space. The colors were vibrant and everything matched the theme perfectly. The team even added special touches by raising the centerpieces and adding more details like lights, candles, lily pads and flowers, and these really cute and funny frogs. My daughter loved it all. When you walked through the tables you felt like you were walking through a grove of trees. It was incredible and stunning. They completely transformed the space. The focal point was stunning. The backdrop, the arch, the flowers, the vintage chaise, the pedestals, quite literally every detail was stunning and complete perfection. She even created this beautiful and unique sweet 16 candle tree that the guests loved and made that moment extra special. We loved the seating chart and the details she placed to bring the theme together. She added lovely silhouettes of Princess Tiana holding or kissing a frog. A detail that we had in her invitations. It all came together so well and in such a short amount of time. Our venue/location(I won't mention them by name) was behind, there was still an event taking place when we all arrived to set up, which set us back as we had to wait for that party to clear out, and yet this team still managed to put this together so perfectly and just in time for my guests to enter on time. The event went smoothly thanks to their diligence and professionalism. The photographers from Quixotc were fantastic. They were great people, took amazing photos, and really made sure to capture all the incredible moments. The photo booth attendee was also a warm and welcoming person. My family and friends had a blast and took so many pictures in the booth which was also personalized tot he event. I now get to enjoy all these photos in our photo library which I have already received, our event was this past weekend. I can't wait to see the professional photos and videos from the event. Thank you so much and I am so happy that I trusted you with this very special moment in my daughter's life.
I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Johana as our wedding decorator! She truly exceeded all of our expectations and made our special day absolutely stunning.
