Rachel is an awesome photographer. She's funny, relaxed, and incredibly talented. She was also very knowledgable and great at directing posing in a way that felt natural and easy, especially for a kid. She captured genuine moments outdoors that really show personality and joy. I would highly recommend her for beautiful photos and a fun experience.

Rachel took our maternity and newborn photos. She is very skilled, accommodating, warm, and friendly. She was incredibly patient with two busy toddlers and a newborn! She captured all of our personalities so perfectly. We purchased the full packages of all our images and now have hundreds of photographs that we will cherish forever. I give her the highest of recommends and am very happy with how our photos turned out.

We used Rachel for our daughter's 2nd birthday photos, and will be using her again next month for her 3rd birthday photos. We had moved from out of state and had a beloved photographer there who took tons of photos for us, and I thought, there's no chance we'll find someone whose work we love as much (and we feel as comfortable with). I was thrilled to find Rachel because we do love her work and her way of being just as much. We didn't want cheesy posed photos, we wanted just natural photos as our little one played, and they turned out GORGEOUS. Really gorgeous colors and perspectives and lighting. Ugh, I was thrilled. And Rachel is so chill and easy to be around. You know that awkward feeling when you're getting your photo taken, and how it's made worse if the photographer doesn't have the right skill of putting you at ease? That's just not the case with Rachel. She makes you feel comfortable and not self-conscious, and that was everything. Lastly, she didn't rush. She took her time and we got a ton of amazing shots. We highly highly recommend. There are SO many amateur photographers out there who buy an expensive camera, build a gorgeous website, and give you tempting pricing, but they haven't been trained and don't have the experience to put together a really beautiful portfolio for you. This is not Rachel - she is an artist, a real photographer, she knows what she's doing, and that shows in the quality of the work and the quality of the experience with her. Update Oct 2024: We have continued to use Rachel every year since writing this review - we've used her 6 years in a row now, and we already have our daughter's 8 year old photos scheduled for 2025. Rachel is the real deal.

Rachel was wonderful! She was patient with us and so kind. We booked an engagement session and had never had professional photos so we’re unsure how to pose. Rachel made sure we always looked great and got the best pictures. It wasn’t awkward and felt so natural! The pictures came out absolutely perfect! She really paid attention to what was important to us and never made us feel rushed! Everything was amazing! Highly recommend!!
