I saw Rejoice for my first-ever Botox treatment, and she was amazing! She took the time to walk me through the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. This was my first facial experience at Radiance and I will absolutely be back! The staff were all attentive to my personal needs and the intake conversation to tailor the facial to my individual skin and take into account any other conditions made me feel taken care of - and the facial experience itself was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. My aesthetician Mira explained why each product was chosen and what the benefits were, as she went. She checked on my state of being throughout the session, making sure I was still comfortable. All in all I got so much out of my experience!
I stopped in with my girlfriend just to see what the whole experience was like. Rejoice was so welcoming and easy to talk to that by the end of my girlfriend’s appointment, I signed up and got Xeomin for my brow in the same visit. Rejoice really went out of her way to make sure I was absolutely comfortable and answered all my questions, and Megan at the front desk made it all so easy to sign up! Fantastic customer service all around and I’m so grateful the made the process so easy and painless!
