Made an appointment and showed up no one was at the front desk. I went in and said I was there and still just some people talking in the back no one came to the front or acknowledged that I was even there. I waited 15-20 minutes and STILL NO ONE. I’ve never left a negative review for any establishment ever in my life, but this was such a horrible experience and such a horrible way to be treated I felt the need to. I will never be coming here again. So disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time.
I didn't think I would be able to fine someone to replace my prior waxologist, so I am so grateful to have found Rebekah at Radiant Wax! I've been going to her for a fews years and she's just fantistic all the way around. She knows what tint to mix to adjust to my blond hair color at each visit, she knows whether I need to do just a cleanup or a little more attention, and she always has helpful tips to share for brow/lash growth improvement. Rebekah, and all the waxologists at Radiant Wax, are just as sweet as can be too. It's extremely easy to book a visit online, and always a pleasure going to this appointment. The office is super clean and always decorated so cute to match the season as well. 5+ STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure!
Mia was fabulous. Had the back,shoulder,ear and nose taken care of. Relatively painful free and pleasant conversations created a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Mia
Kassady has always been fantastic and does a great job!! They have been more than flexible if I need to reschedule. I have been going there for years now and have always had nothing but good experiences. Definitely recommend Kassady, her attitude and demeanor is so refreshing to be around, especially when you’re in such an awkward situation. She makes it much more relaxing and easy.
