Today was my first time visiting this clinic. I appreciated how the staff were welcoming, attentive, patient, and helpful. I did not feel as I was being rushed. The doctor was very diligent and made my children feel comfortable. I will be making this our family's permanent pediatric clinic!
Absolutely love Dr.Aralis. This review is solely for the people in charge of the insurance portion. I have been waiting 2 weeks to have my baby be seen by a dermatologist. My insurance plan requires the PCP to get pre-authorization in order to set up an appointment and have the visit be covered by insurance. They also let me know it should take 2-3 days to get pre-authorization. After 2 weeks of waiting and multiple phone calls turns out the insurance pre-authorization was never done. Had to pay $200 out of pocket. The dermo tried to re-schedule me for 2 weeks later to see if rainbow pediatrics could submit to pre-authorization but I was not going to wait another week to have my babies skin condition worsen. Overall love the staff , love the doctores. The insurance part has been a major headache.
Highly recommended! Doctor Lange was amazing when i changed to this office, my son was speech delayed and previous doctors wouldn’t help or listen. As soon as i changed to this office she started the process of helping us out to get help immediately! The staff is very friendly and kind ladies, we come from about 35 mins away just for this office and there great services!
Absolutely love the staff they are so patient and kind. I have been coming here since my oldest was about two years old. Love my children's doctor, Dr. Lange, she is amazing. The only doctor my younger children know. The doctors that step in when she isn't available are just as nice and informative. I'm impressed with the decor this year and toys that they've put out for the children while they wait.
Dr. Lange has been my both of my boys pediatrician since birth (14 years now). She is outstanding (pays close attention to details that I would never notice). The staff at Rainbow Pediatrics is also excellent, and both doctors treat them with the same warmth and respect with which they treat their patients. We changed insurances over 8 years ago, but I still return to Rainbow because they know and care for my boys so well! (Also, the new remodel is so cute!)
