Had a great experience with Brad from Raincity Pest Control. He was on time, respectful, and clearly knows his job. He inspected everything thoroughly, explained the problem and the solution in simple terms, and didn’t rush the work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing it right. Would definitely recommend Brad and Raincity to anyone needing pest control.
We are a small strata in Port Coquitlam. After a rough couple of years dealing with communication and service issues with a larger pest control franchise, one of our neighbours recommended RainCity. It took a little while to work out the kinks with them, but their dedication to customer service and availability to answer questions and resolve issues really impressed us. Even if I couldn't get something addressed right away, Simon would always text or call me back to let me know he was aware of the problem and would reply with a solution by the end of the same day. Shane is similarly quick with answers about any bookkeeping or admin problems. I am sincerely grateful to the RainCity team for their approach, and I will recommend them to anyone.
