Eduardo was great! This was my first flush service for a tankless water heater on our new home. Having never had a tankless unit before, Eduardo was kind enough to show me how it works and what to look out for. He was very professional and I hope I get him again for future services.
Richard came to replace a diverter in our shower head. Not only was he on time but he manged to fix our shower in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous throughout the process and even my dogs happily watched him work. He made her extra to come back after putting the trash in his truck to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Thank you!
Showed up on time was very friendly and quickly and thoroughly serviced both of our tankless hot water heaters. Provided useful feedback and was extremely friendly and efficient while here. Great experience from start to finish. It was a single call scheduling experience. The technician (Eduardo) was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the issue with our Rinnai tankless water heater. They performed a full flush, adjusted the shower valves, and replaced the PRV to stabilize the water pressure. Since the service, our hot water has been consistent with no more temperature drops during showers. Fair pricing and quality work. Highly recommend.
