We had a great experience with Randy Peters Catering. They catered our office holiday party and took care of everything, which made the event easy for us. Liz was great to work with, the staff was very professional, and the food and drinks were delicious. The only issue we had was that the bar wasn't ready until about 15 minutes after the party started. As the party host, that didn't feel great. Once it got going, though, everything went smoothly and people really enjoyed everything.

We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding catering experience! From the very beginning, the team was so helpful and attentive; whether it was planning, tastings, or site visits, they made us feel completely supported every step of the way. On the wedding day, the food was spectacular; our guests kept raving that the appetizers were some of the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. The short rib crostinis in particular were phenomenal and a huge hit. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond, helping with setup, making sure everything ran smoothly, and staying incredibly attentive throughout dinner. Their professionalism and warmth made such a difference in our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Randy PetersCatering and Events catered my daughter’s Celebration of Life in April of 2024. I can only say good things about how this was handled by Randy Peters’s. We tried to keep the number of people that would be there invited or not to a manageable and affordable number of people, but my daughter, Jennifer had so many people that knew and loved her. We settled with Randy with the number of people , but when the people kept coming Randy stepped up and handled the need for more food without blinking an eye‼️ I would recommend him for any event‼️ The food was plentiful and delicious!

From the initial planning stages to the final toast, every detail was executed with care. Owners Randy and Lisa Peters lead with passion and dedication, setting the tone for their exceptional team. Our event coordinators, Melissa and Chelsea, were phenomenal—always responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. They handled all the little details so we didn’t have to stress. As Melissa said, they are our calm in the storm, and for sure that's what they were. The food? Absolutely amazing! We went with a small bites buffet, and it was a hit! The food was delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavor. Huge thank you to the chef for creating such an amazing spread. Our guests are still talking about it. And the service! Wow! Bryan, our bartender extraordinaire, and our servers, Stephanie, and Stephan were total pros—friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome and taken care of. We sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better team! The space itself looked beautiful, and everything flowed perfectly. We truly felt supported and celebrated every step of the way. If you're planning a wedding or any big event, we can’t recommend Randy Peters Catering enough. They made our day unforgettable! Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it! 💖

My mom and I planned a baby shower in Sacramento from out of state, and we chose Randy Peters Catering to provide food and drinks for the event. They went above and beyond! Melissa, Christy and their team at Randy Peters Catering are amazing! They are incredibly easy to work with and excel at communication. They made our event truly special, providing delicious appetizers, incredible pulled pork, and a variety of delectable sides. They also took care of all the beverages and beverage service. Beyond just catering, they coordinated all our rental needs with Celebration Rentals, handling pick-up and drop-off to make everything seamless for us. The decor was unbelievably beautiful, and their team was equally impressive. Christy, Melissa, and their team completely understood the vibe and knocked it out of the park. They were kind, attentive to our guests, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't be happier with their service. All the guests were raving about how delicious the food was and how gorgeous the set up was. We will absolutely be recommending Randy Peters Catering to anyone in Sacramento looking for exceptional catering!
