Shane went above and beyond for me, and at the last minute too. The business might be unorthodox, with his mobile style, but it absolutely worked for me. I like to think of myself as computer savvy, and he fixed a Windows issue that I couldn't solve after 5 days of Googling, YouTube videos, and reading obscure forums. Definitely the place to go to when you're downtown as a visitor with no car and have to get your laptop fixed in a hurry, even if it's just to replace a charger. Excellent technical and personable service at a reasonable price. Shane is a busy entrepreneur who works out of his apartment so best to call ahead and leave a message. Highly recommended.

HIs work and service are amazing, and he even dropped it off to my house when it was finished.
