I was expecting a long wait time when I called. I was surprised and Thankful when RC Towing was able to respond quickly. Breaking down on the side of the road is never a joyful experience, especially when you have young children with you. Rudy was our driver, he was precessional and worked quickly to get us on our way. I don't ever want to experience a roadside breakdown again but if I do I’m calling Rudy at RC Towing.
This young man is so nice and do not try to break the bank. Everybody wanted to charge me to much to take my car less than 6 miles and he put the address in before he got to me and quoted me the price. It was gonna take everybody else 45 to an hour to come get my car, he came in 20 minutes. I'm so glad I got a good person. I told my insurance company I will find my own person because Allstate couldn't even give me a price for the tow and told me they will pay up to 120 and what ever more the tow service charge I would need to pay. After getting to my destination he volunteered to help my son and his father to push the car in the driveway sense they wanted the nose of the car in the driveway first. If Rudy don't pick up his phone look at you text because he will text you to see do you need a tow, well that is what he did for me. I will use and recommend this guy 100%!
Mr. Rudy was great. Upon calling Rudy he was communicative and informative. He arrived ASAP. I was skittish in using the wheel lift tow truck instead of the flat bed, but I took his word for it and my car was completely fine! He speaks Spanish also so that’s always a plus. My car suddenly stopped on the highway, and he got us home safe. Thank you, Rudy.🙏
Great response time, and extremely professional. I’ve had unfortunate luck with 2 vehicles within the past 3 months and Rudy has been able to help on short notice both times. Very reliable and reasonably priced.
Our tow truck driver was Rudy and he really helped with towing my son’s car in a pinch. He was fast and reliable and treated this car as if it was his own!
