The room was given to us in an abrupt manner, with no curtains for a ground-floor room. It was covered in screws, footmarks, and sand-dust. The carpenters kept coming for works for two weeks, and even simple maintenance tasks like fixing cupboard doors took over two months. We expected at least 24 hours’ notice before viewings, but that wasn’t given initially. When we were returned the security deposit, a charge was deducted without our knowledge. We requested details but never heard back. When we called, we were told that these were cleaner charges and that an investigation would be conducted, but we never received a response. Despite the room was cleaned exceptionally well, far surpassing the condition we found it in. Extremely unprofessional !
We transacted off market in London and the service from start to finish was impeccable. Complete discretion and professionalism. Execution was slightly above my expectations, so really pleased with outcome. Highly recommended.
