Absolutely do not recommend this place. If I could give it no stars I would. Everything in the initial stages were fine and I was able to complete the course although I paid for the extra study materials. After I finished the final exam they went completely no contact. I attempted for two weeks to gain access to my study materials and went to the location with no luck. This school has been around for quite some time but most definitely has effected how they feel the need to go about certain things. Save yourself and go to another accredited school that’s smaller and cares about the success of their students. I’m seriously considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased the in-person Salesperson Crash Course several weeks ago and received multiple reminder emails about what to bring and when to arrive. After driving over an hour from San Diego, I showed up—along with several other participants—to find the doors locked and no instructor present. There were no emails, phone calls, or text updates indicating that the class had been canceled. Since then, I’ve sent several emails and called both listed numbers multiple times without any response. The complete lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Customer service clearly is not their specialty.

I was discriminated by knowing that I have disabilities and not letting me come in person to the crash course on Saturday and Sunday because they stopped in person training for Real Estate exam. I felt hurt. It is sad be treated not like that because I saw and took pictures that the real estate trainer offers in person on Saturday and Sunday. I even took a picture of it. That is Unlawful and I feel discriminated by Real Estate Trainers in La Palma. It is shameful that they teach law in one of subjects of real estate and they do against it.

These guys are legit! Passed on my first try and did the crash course last weekend. Instructor Armen not only made the class engaging but entertaining with teaching style. Have no doubt about this place when you to want to obtain or renew your licenses!

I regret spending $315 on this crash course. I took the Crash Course online, and it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The quality is poor, especially for online students. The person handling the slides was completely disorganized because it's the same person responding online questions making it constantly behind or ahead of the instructor. It completely disrupted the learning process. The instructor lacked energy or engagement, often just reading off the slides with little explanation. Unless you already know the material very well, you won’t gain much from this class. Even the instructor admitted that many in-person students were repeat attendees, which says a lot about the course’s effectiveness. After taking the course, I failed the real estate exam. The company allowed me to retake the class, but the substitute instructor was a woman who openly criticized the materials during the session, saying the slides were “terrible” and admitting that she hadn’t taught the real estate sales exam in over 10 years. That was the final red flag. I decided to reschedule my exam and requested to take the course again with a more qualified instructor. They denied my request. This is absolutely ridiculous. For such an expensive course, the level of professionalism and support is unacceptable. There are far better options out there. Save your time, money, and energy and look elsewhere to prepare for the real estate exam.
