John McGuire, in particular, stands out for his responsiveness, expertise, and steady presence throughout the process. It has been a genuinely positive experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Real Property Management to anyone seeking dependable and thoughtful property management.

Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. I rented a house managed by this company and reported multiple issues within the first 7 days of moving in. Instead of fixing them as required by Texas law, they denied responsibility and told me I had to pay for repairs myself. The A/C has been out for over a week. They sent someone to just refill the gas, but because the leak was major, it ran out again within 2 days. Now I’m forced to live in this house without A/C, and they are still discussing with the owner to replace the faulty compressor! When I asked for another refill, they said it’s “too expensive” to do repeatedly. On top of that, their maintenance staff was extremely rude, even telling me to “stay in the office for 6 hours.” Totally unprofessional and careless about tenants’ basic living conditions. I do not recommend renting from this company unless you are ready to deal with negligence, rudeness, and a complete lack of accountability. Maintenance lady is extremely rude. They say maintenance is 24/7 but actually they send someone at their convenience.

RPM has made the process of renting my apartment so easy. With my difficult schedule I was able to communicate and get everything done electronically. Saved me time and it was smooth. I appreciate the attentiveness , the professionalism, on overall the care and effort they provided as well. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the leasing market.

My son had a good experience living at Sul Ross apartments for 2 years. The apartments are in a quiet setting surrounded by homes with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The units provide the basic needs for a person to live comfortably in the space provided. John and Keyonce were supportive and respectful during the unexpected move out process.That was very much appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sul Ross . The property was in a great location and maintenance was quick. Management also cares about their tenants which is very hard to come by nowadays. During my stay, I went through a devastating life event that took me months to recover from but they worked with me. I am eternally grateful. Thank you!
