If you have an LTR in the Fort Worth area do not think twice about hiring Ryan at the RPM Trailhead location. He is definitely your go-to management team! I went through the ringer on my property in Tarrant County and had a helluva time trying to get it rented. What I realized after hiring Ryan was that it had been mismanaged and neglected by the previous agent/manager I used. Ryan is super easy to talk to and works with you, he lays it out straight and doesn’t waste time “sugar-coating” the situation. From our first discussion, I knew that he was super experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done. I could tell that he was a TRUE property management professional! He has a competent team in place to handle tasks, he made a detailed list of things to-do, executed quickly and got my property in a perfect to-show state. After working with Ryan at Trailhead, the house began showing better, quicker, and to way many more folks who all the sudden had great things to say about the property when before, none of that was happening. Ryan also knows how and when to discuss a proper rental rate for the property based on its location, which we had to do. In addition, his photos and website where he posted my property was leagues better than where it was listed before. Basically, everything he suggested was spot on! I could go on and on but do not waste any time looking elsewhere for a LTR manager in Tarrant County - Ryan, and the Trailhead office is your man and office to hire - hands down…best decision I made! I i wish I could use him for STR and any other rental I’ve had.
