My agent Rashad Elabed, totally drop the ball in selling my property. Seen him twice giving him my keys and at closing, talk to him twice when giving him keys and he called to tell me he was dropping sale price on my home from 89k to 79k. He spoke with a family member several times cause they have done business, family called and told me he found a buy for 55k, I wasn't happy but excepted, was then call by family member and told of closing date. Which I attended signed a few papers not knowing that Rashad had negotiated fees I didn't or wouldn't have approved of, didn't see the negotiations til later when I went through my package. I lost a few thousand because of this. I had a opportunity to recover some of fees buyer should have paid for with buyer but Rashad inserted himself into business between the buyer and myself, now I have to take them to court, Wouldn't deal with this agent again!
Larry is a great real estate agent! I give a rating of 5 stars or higher. I really recommend Downtown Realty and Larry! I'm a seller from Japan. He gave me easy-to-understand advice with a high level of expertise. I could succeed in selling the property in Detroit through email exchanges. There is one more property in Detroit that I would like to sell. I have to go through a few processes, but I'm confident that Larry and Downtown Realty Team will make the sale a success again. IF there was a 7 Star rating I would have given it to Mr. Larry of Downtown Realty based on his Professional yet friendly approach towards selling out properties in a very professional and effective manner.
