My home computer tried to to update to 11 and was unsuccessful and this locked me out. I took it to Sparky and in a very short period of time he restored my computer, updated the storage and is upgrading my memory and got Windows 11 on it. His prices are fair. He has been great and will be coming to my clinic and updating all my computers. My lucky day in finding him. He is honest and quick. He also restored my iPad that I was locked out of and now it is up amd able to perform Ultrasounds again.
Honest, Professional, Kind, Informative and affordable. I have only the best things to say about this business. I will always refer any future computer repair needs to Sparky. I'm very happy with the quality of work.
Sparky is great. Got my new battery installed pronto and when my wife’s laptop appeared to be a lost cause he got it up and running and loaded the latest windows version right away.
My laptop's monitor broke. Sparky ordered the parts and got it fixed as soon after they were delivered. Fair and clear pricing. Good customer service. So glad I didn't have to buy a new laptop!
If I could rate lower then a 1 star I would. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The way were treated was absolutely disrespectful and disgusting. I had gone in there just needing a battery replacement on my 5 year old macbook (everything else worked). And left with a trackpad that does NOT work. I have received no compensation back or even a mouse to use and the owner denied the fact that he broke my track pad and accused of it being broken before hand when it has not been, and is now unusable. I’ve used a lot of 2nd hand shops for my apple products and I know for sure that this company will not be getting any business from me again, nor my family.
