Susan is a gem! She helped my husband and I purchase our home and relocate from out of state. We could not have done it without her. She helped us navigate NC real estate rules and all the essentials every step of the way - almost all done long distance. She kept us on track with deadlines, due dates and tasks which was quite a challenge since we were also selling a home at the same time. She is a top notch communicator - staying in touch and explaining everything clearly often offering several perspectives and solutions to things that came up. She also put us in contact with local vendors. With her help we built a little network that really helped our home purchase go smoothly. From start to finish and beyond she has been an incredible resource and guide. While she is professional and a skillful negotiator she never lost sight that it's people who are involved in the buying and selling. We really appreciated that. Susan is a rockstar. I'm a first-time buyer, and I really had no idea what I was doing, but Susan steered me through the entire process.
