I have hired Red Fox Electric on an ongoing basis for more than 2 years for all of my electrical needs. The workmanship that Hector provides to each project he has performed at my house has been nothing short of impeccable. I had a new electrical board installed yesterday in preparation for a basement build out. Hector and Ed were so polite, friendly and professional. It was such a pleasure working with the both of them. I would highly Red Fox Electric for all of your electrical needs!
Excellent, professional service at a reasonable price. Andrew Federico was skilled and very friendly. He took the time to really explain everything well in terms we understood. He had assistance from co-workers Gabe and Tim who also worked and communicated very well. They all work together very well. Their manager Robert was also very communicative, gave us a fair price and got us in the schedule promptly. We feel very grateful for Red Fox's commitment to safety and quality work.
I had Red Fox come out on 10/24 and did not regret it. When I called to set up an appointment they went above and beyond to work with my super tight schedule. They were able to get someone to me within 48 hours. When the technician arrived (Hector M.) he was extremely pleasant, polite, and punctual. Throughout the entire process he was concise and educated. While I hope I don't need an electrician anytime soon I'm happy to know the number to call. It truly felt like having a friend or neighbor who was a licensed electrician come over and help out. Oh an the best part as when it cam time for the bill it was extremely fair I had to ask twice "Thats it? You're sure?"
Amazing experience with Red Fox Electric. They responded immediately to my inquiry for help with my EV charge and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. They beat my best quote and were able to complete the work within days. Hector was a delight and helped me out last minute with another electrical issue while at my home. I highly recommend them!
