We love Red Lilly! We are new home owners and have needed a fair amount of work done the last few months. All kinds of stuff: replacing old pipes, clearing clogged pipes, clearing exterior drains, replacing hose bibs. Anything we needed, Red Lilly did great work. Love the whole team - especially the front desk!! :) We have a gutter that drains into pipes that go underground. This thing was CLOGGED. Like hadn't been cleared in years, practically had grass growing out of it. They came out and tried to clear it but needed more equipment. These guys came back the next day, which was Christmas Eve (!!), and spent an hour in the pouring rain clearing it for us. So grateful for Red Lilly and always enjoy dealing with them, nice people, super communicative, and they text!

Red Lilly Plumbing was recommended by my aunt/another property owner.!Sal was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The best thing is I didn’t need to be there. He knew how to take care of business after I told him where everything was on security camera. He was like a breath of fresh air. He figured out of the root cause of our sewer line blockage in minutes! Free camera inspection if you use their snake/hydrojet service as a first time customer. Even gave me a little discount on the hydrojetting! I know who to call now when I have plumbing issues that require professionals. I like their business model of being very customer and budget friendly without losing quality workmanship.
He did a great job. He was fast and efficient at his job. I Will definitely use Red Lily Plumbing again. In addition they took my emergency request right away, which is a plus in my eyes.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this plumbing company. While the technical work itself was good and the technician, Isaiah, was skilled and professional, the overall management of the job was highly problematic. Appointments were repeatedly confirmed and then cancelled or missed without notice, causing significant disruption to my schedule. Each no-show required me to cancel or reschedule important personal and medical appointments to accommodate them, and this impact was treated as inconsequential. I clearly communicated that I have indoor cats and asked that doors be kept closed for their safety. This request was ignored, and one of my cats escaped and was nearly killed as a result. On rainy days, the technicians did not use protective shoe coverings or floor protection despite repeated requests, tracking mud throughout my home and onto rugs. On multiple occasions, they left my home without running water, and at other times left water running through the night, creating additional stress, inconvenience, and potential property damage. In addition, I was left without hot water and with construction debris and protective materials that I was forced to clean up myself for over a week. Although the plumbing work itself was performed well, a job that should have taken no more than two days stretched into over three weeks due to scheduling failures, no-shows, and lack of respect for the customer’s time and home. Customers deserve reliability, respect for their time, and care for their property. Unfortunately, this company did not meet those basic standards.
