Terrible service and product. paid 217.28 for this. They even got the card wrong. 2 incorrect words even though I have the receipt with the message. Should be good not god and I am pretty sure I know how to spell my name. It is Jon Not John. I did call that evening and was told the person that took my order was not there. No return call.
Beautiful flowers but pretty over-priced and not much of a selection the day I visited. I should have been more patient and waited a day and gotten some from farmers' market. Anyway, the bigger issue is that I tipped the young woman who put my bouquet together, and she told me that she does not get the tip. So.. I tipped the business owner for already overpericed flowers. Bad practice!
I came to this store on Valentine’s Day hoping to pick a few flowers and have them arranged into a bouquet. At first, the staff agreed, but as I was selecting the flowers, their attitude became extremely rude. They rushed me to pay as if they just wanted me to spend my money and leave as soon as possible. When I tried to confirm my selection, they were impatient and outright refused, telling me to hurry up and pay. The experience was incredibly unpleasant, and I will never come back to this store again. I will also make sure to tell my friends to avoid this place at all costs.
Horrible customer service response. I sent on email on feb. 14th 2022 and also another one on feb. 23 2022 about why some of the flowers I ordered are wilting already and NOT FRESH. They haven’t still responded as I post this, and its safe to say they don’t care to even give me an explanation on this. For how much you pay for flowers and their service, you would expect them to respond especially in several weeks. Glad to also know only 2 flowers bloomed while the other ones looked dead already on arrival.
I would absolutely recommend using Red Square Flowers for your wedding or special event!!! Taylor was amazing to work with and I couldn't have been happier with how our flowers turned out. When I first started planning our wedding, I knew I didn't have room in our budget to hire a florist but with Covid we had to scale back our guest list quite a bit which meant I had some extra money in the budget. I was honest with Taylor that I didn't have a huge budget for flowers but still wanted something beautiful and she never made me feel bad about the fact that I didn't have endless amounts of money to spend and worked with me to give me something absolutely gorgeous and that worked within my budget, which I think is so important with wedding planning! Also it was a last minute addition and they were still able to make it work for our date. Don't hesitate to have a consultation, Taylor is more than willing to help make your vision come true!
