Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company. I very rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this instance. The initial work was carried out in February 2025 and, at the time, we were satisfied with both the speed and quality of the service. However, by November, the problem reoccurred and a leak began once more. I contacted the company and was assured someone would come out, yet nobody arrived. Since then, I have repeatedly had to chase them and am continually told ‘next week’, but nothing materialises. On one occasion, someone did visit and promised to resolve the issue the following week, but that was over a month ago and nothing has been done since. I appreciate that there may be valid reasons, such as adverse weather conditions, which could delay the completion of the work. However, their lack of communication and failure to offer any apology strongly suggests they have no intention of returning to address the issue. The leak has now led to mould developing in an area where my children play, which is particularly concerning. It feels unfair that, while the company seems to prioritise new leak cases according to their reviews, loyal customers who experience issues after work is completed are treated as less important. I have shown considerable patience, but it should not be necessary to constantly pursue updates, only to be met with empty assurances and no resolution. Very disappointed.
Redland Roofing did an excellent job with my gutter repairs from squeezing time out to getting the job sorted straight after the festive holidays. Am happy with their service and will definitely be recommending if you have any jobs related to roofing, gutters, facials, etc Have a look at their website for other services. Thanks John.
Nothing but good things to say, i phoned the guys on Tuesday morning with a serious leak in an empty property 250+ miles away from me that i thought was coming through a flat roof, within a couple of hours i received a phone call to say that they had been out and believed that actually the leak was coming through the main roof, fast forward to Thursday morning job has been completed and my property is watertight again! Rare to find an honest service and completed within a timeframe i never thought possible. The quote was stuck too and the price quoted was the final price i paid. Being so far away and not being able to see for myself pictures were sent to me all the way through so i knew exactly what had been done. All in all a pleasure to deal with and i will be using these guys again for any future works required.
Redland Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. They provided a very good solution for our needs and were extremely prompt in completing the work. From the beginning, they gave us a clear plan and maintained excellent communication throughout the progress, keeping us well informed at every stage. The project was finished right on time, and they left everything neat and tidy afterwards. Very professional roofing service – highly recommended!
The guys from Redland replaced our large flat roof (~40m2) in less than 3 days at a 2 day notice. Disposed of all waste and made it possible to fit 1mx1m skylight despite construction limitations. Fast, accurate, unbeatable quote that didn't change half way through the job. Hard working, professional, clean and no messing around! I will recommend to anyone, no hesitation!
