I called only to inquire about child care, staff said they only accept newborn with no siblings. Caution to moms with multiple children. Great day
Where do I begin?! I attended redmont as a kid, all of my nieces and nephews have attended Redmont, and now my 4 kids happily use them. The office staff is hands down the BEST! They’re understanding, work with you where they can, quick to relay messages, and actually take the time to get to know you and your kiddos. We have seen every doctor at redmont and it’s not fair that we have to choose a primary one. They’re all amazing! If you’re looking for a doctor that will actually listen to your concerns and help you figure out “what’s wrong”, Redmont is the place to be. Now my absolute favorite thing about Redmont is their Patient Portal. We always get a super fast response. And let me tell you with 4 kids we’ve used that portal A TON!
I think that Redmont Pediatrics is a great place. They have a very friendly staff. Everything is done in a timely manner. My only suggestion is to be mindful that you service all race of children. All the beautiful pictures displayed throughout the office are only one race. I would feel better coming in seeing a more people of color.
We came to Redmont when Dr. Anderson transfered there and it was the best decision we could have made. We have never waited more than 10 minutes unless it was a same day appointment and we still were seen very quickly. Everyone here is kind and respectful from the moment you arrive. Anderson is by far the best doctor I have ever met. She talks with you about any concerns and makes sure you are heard. She never makes you feel like any question is wrong. She has worked very quickly with any problems my kids have gone through to make sure they are at their best health. Anderson is truly a blessing in my family!
I am so impressed with Dr. Anderson at Redmont. She takes her time with each of my kids. She listens to every concern I have and addresses each issue. She is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She wrote several letters to my daughters daycare to ensure her diet and toilet issues were able to be handled appropriately. She does a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her!! I have had wonderful experiences with every other staff member from this office as well!
