We've shopped at Reeds for 20 years now, the Wolfchase location, and have always had a wonderful experience. Donna, at this location, has helped us the past few times and she is exceptional! Always a delight to work with her, she knows her jewelry. I'm sure we will be back soon as our 20 year wedding anniversary is approaching in 2026. Thanks Reeds and Donna for all the shiny things!

Excellent Service and a Wonderful Shopping Experience with Ms. Earline!! I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Ms. Earline, a jewelry representative at your store. From the moment I walked in, she was approachable, engaged, and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. We had several interesting conversations, and I truly appreciated how invested she was in helping us make the right decisions. Ms. Earline was not only knowledgeable, but also very patient as we took our time with our purchases. She helped my daughter pick out a beautiful Pandora Mickey Mouse necklace, and I also bought two gorgeous Rose Gold Bangle Bracelets. We are both so pleased with our selections, and I want to thank Ms. Earline for her assistance and her thoughtful approach. Thanks to her excellent service, I will certainly be making more purchases at REEDS Jewelers in the future!
