I called Regional Air at approximately 5:30 pm. Nick was on his way at 6:15. Everything up and running by 7:30! Thank you for the very fast friendly service! It sure was appreciated on this cold evening!
Nick was a great communicator and seemed very trustworthy. He was very informative and helpful. He answered my questions in detail and gave me useful advice. His coworker Dan helped with installation and he was very friendly. Both showed the utmost professionalism, bringing in mats to avoid tracking slush into the house, they were polite, and were in and out in 2 hours. I needed my water heater replaced. It was under a manufacturer's warranty and they honoured that even though they did not install the initial unit, and came by within 2 days. Making the appointment was painless, and it's clear that they have a good and communicative local team. I only paid for labour. They went above and beyond by giving me tips and inspecting all the units it was connected to. After multiple negative interactions with EnerCare, I am very happy to find a local team that I can rely on.

We purchased a new furnace and a/c unit from Nick, when our old units failed. The installation was quick with the addition of a UV lamp. He and his team cleaned the area before leaving. The transition from old to new was seamless. I highly recommend him to future customers.
