First time at this Relax & Wax and absolutely loved it! Nadia did an amazing job, she was super sweet and I felt very comfortable. Definitely going back!

Sarenatee was such a kind person. Removed all my hairs while also being very sociable! I was nervous (only being my third wax) , and she made me feel very comfortable! 10/10 recommend. I will be back!

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my wax appointment with Kimberly. She repeatedly commented on my hair, calling it "difficult" and even comparing it to a "horseshoe," which was both unprofessional and offensive. I felt singled out and judged for my natural hair texture. Her comments made me feel extremely uncomfortable and discriminated against. I came expecting a professional and inclusive environment, but instead left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I sincerely hope the business takes steps to train staff like Kimberly on cultural sensitivity and professionalism moving forward.

NADIA!! She’s the absolute best! By best I mean, efficient, never miss a spot, friendly, and makes the experience painless. I followed her to this location from the Rockwall location. This location is very chic and easy to access. If you are looking for a good waxing person ask for Nadia. I swear you will not be disappointed.🩵💙
