I booked a Brazilian wax (my first ever!!) with Kelly and it went amazing! She did a great job on making sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the process before & during. The atmosphere was so calming and zen, and we even had great conversations throughout (which helped calm my nerves). Such a sweet lady who knows what shes doing & makes the effort to give you a comforting experience. Getting a wax is of course a vulnerable experience, and I felt very safe and cared for.
From the moment I walked into Kelly’s new location I felt positive, welcoming energy. She has a way of taking care of her people that is unmatched. I felt genuinely cared for the whole time I was in her presence, physically, emotionally and spiritually. She taught me a breathing technique and I felt zero pain throughout the whole Brazilian, only mild pressure. Kelly is truly incredible, 100% recommend!
I have been going to Kelly for waxing for years! She does incredible work. I get my bikini, eyebrows, lip, and chin area, and it stays smooth for weeks. Kelly is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Appointments start right on time, and the whole atmosphere is calm and soothing. I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring esthetician!
Kelly is so amazing! Her new location is so comfortable and cozy. She makes you feel so welcomed and you receive the best service! You definitely get what you pay for and more. She makes the waxing experience so much easier to go through! I left after my Brazilian with no redness or irritation. Highly recommend going to her!
I recently visited Kelly at Relax & Wax With Kelly in Honolulu, and I’m so glad I did. I had been looking for a decent wax place for ages since moving here. From the moment I sat down I felt at ease—Kelly greeted me with warmth and professionalism that instantly put me in a relaxed mindset. We had great conversations throughout the session, which made the experience feel more like friendly catch-up than a typical waxing appointment. What really stood out was how she guided me through breathing techniques during the more uncomfortable moments—her gentle direction, calm cadence, and reassuring presence transformed what could have been painful into surprisingly manageable (and dare I say, almost enjoyable!). The atmosphere of her studio is peaceful and inviting, and her skill and attention to detail are top-notch. She took the time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I left feeling fresh, confident, and also like I’d made a new friendly connection. If you’re looking for waxing done with care, precision, and a whole lot of kindness, I highly recommend Kelly. I’ll definitely be returning! Can't wait to catch up next time.
