I can’t say enough positive things about Reliable Residential Roofing. They did a difficult job in brutal weather at the price they quoted. Cleaned up the waist and debris from the job. If I needed anything else done they would be the only ones I’d call. This was a flat roof for a Florida room.
We needed a new roof due to the age of the current roof and the fact that we had developed a significant leak. I had experience with Reliable because they had done several repairs on a poorly installed roof that we had done about twenty years earlier by another company that bailed on us and went out of business. In each instance they showed me what the issue was and what should have been done initially that wasn't done properly. Therefore when the time came to have a new roof done I didn't really do a lot of shopping around, cheaper isn't always better when it comes to roofing or any other type of home repairs. They did give me a discount when I mentioned that I was a repeat customer. The process with Reliable couldn't have gone any smoother and I couldn't be more pleased. Noah was prompt in showing up for our estimate, put a temporary patch on the leak we had developed, (which saved us from more damage until the weather permitted the new roof installation), and kept us updated and in the loop from start to finish. In addition, they cleaned out all of our gutters, resealed the outlets and end pieces, and installed new gutter guards to replace our old ones which are now screwed in place and won't blow off like the old ones occasionally did. Finally, they cleaned everything up impeccably. I literally haven't found a nail or a wrapper of any kind in my yard or landscape beds in the weeks since they finished. I couldn't recommend them higher. The fact that their workmanship has a five year warranty and that they've been in business for 45 years also gives me peace of mind that if anything does happen I know where to find them and that they will make it right. The fact that they're a certified Owens Corning installer even adds years to the warranty of the shingles that we chose.
I needed an opinion/estmate for repairing a water leak in my roof. The experience was pleasant and the service and communication from the first phone contact with the office until the job was completed was first class. Thank you all ! Kenny and Joran were very knowledgeable and so professional.
We liked working with Reliable Residential Roofing because of the attention to detail. I called the estimator back after our initial estimate to go over some of the things included in it that I wasn't clear about. He came right over and went through the whole thing with me. The actual roof replacement was a daylong job, and the cleanup was perfect. The company is very easy to work with, and patient.
Excellent business ran with integrity and accountability. We purchased an existing 30 year old business/ building and have used Reliable Roofing several times now to do repairs on an old roof that had been put on poorly over 30 years ago. They come out quickly, make assessments and get the job done. They have proven themselves to be excellent in their work and customer service. I highly recommend them.
