Amazingly professional, very skilled, got my PC fixed with a fully replaced motherboard in quick turnaround time over the holidays, helped me research potential parts and was honest/up front in terms of pricing, labor, and every step she took in the repair. 10/10 would return with more broken computers in the future!!
Bao is a great example of customer service. She fixed my Dell laptop power issue while I waited for $70. I wish there were more customer facing people like her and her associates. Thanks, Bao!
When I walked in I was greeted by a queer person of color which immediately made me feel so much more comfortable. They were super kind and nonjudgmental and immediately took my laptop behind the counter to take a look. In no way did they try to upsell me on anything, just efficienctly let me know what was going on with it, told me what they were doing, as well as some fun facts about my laptop. I had my laptop back and working in 20 minutes!! I will definitely be going back for all my future tech needs and recommending to friends!
Needed to get my 5 year old gaming laptop fixed (Acer Predator Helios 300) as one of the hinges broke. Called before getting fixed and talked to Boa, which left me feeling confident to bring my laptop in. Boa explained possibilities of difficulties repairing (best and worst case scenario which I always like to know), as well as giving me an in-person demo to show what part would be ordered and how different hinges work on laptops. Overall, I picked up my laptop with it opening & closing as good as new! I highly recommend this location of Remachines and especially Boa! Clear expectations, communication and strong ability to diagnose a hardware issue.
They don't pad the bill with a diagnosis fee or charge a ridiculous hourly rate. They correctly diagnosed my laptop's issue and replaced it's failing cooling fans. Good communication.
