We originally worked with Cathy to buy our home in Chandler in 2020 (and she was amazing - we were moving from California during Covid and she found us a beautiful rental home that we stayed in for several months before deciding where to buy). We loved our Chandler home but had to move out of state for my husband's job. As soon as we found out we were moving, we called Cathy. She was so thorough, knowledgeable and professional the first time, we knew that we didn't need to interview any other realtors. Our Chandler home sold less than a month from the listing date (as in, the closing date was less than 30 days from listing!), and the market wasn't even that great for sellers. Many other comparable homes in our area are still sitting on the market, and I know it was Cathy's suggestions about prepping the home for the sale that made the difference. You truly cannot beat Cathy's experience and breadth and depth of knowledge regarding homes in the East Valley. I would recommend her to anyone.

If you are looking for a Hard Working, Motivated, Top Quality Realtor, Cathy Carter is for you! She listened to our Concerns and Expectations throughout the entire process and offered gentle guidance when requested. She was always available via phone or text for any questions we had and her communication skills were truly impeccable. She worked really hard at exposing our listing all over the United States, as she put a ton of her time in making phone calls, emails and advertising, she even had an open house to expose other realtors to our listing! Currently there are 10 homes listed for sale in our neighborhood, ours was by far the most expensive, and also the only home that has sold in many, many months. Cathy draws on over 30 years of experience so she definitely knows her stuff. Our experience with Cathy was truly OUTSTANDING in every way and we would HIGHLY recommend Cathy to anyone looking to sell a high dollar home.
We had a great experience working with Cathy during all stages of our home buying journey. Firstly, Cathy took the time to understand our requirements and with each house we saw she learnt more about us and built upon that. She is very knowledgeable about real estate in the valley and was able to provide background and additional details about the area and neighborhood. She also has insights into custom home communities which was very helpful for us as that was our primary interest. Scheduling was very convenient with Cathy as she was always able to accommodate our schedule. Cathy also moves fast with paperwork during offer phase. During the inspection phase, Cathy was very resourceful in providing contacts for inspectors and engineers. Her contacts were good and their charges were also reasonable. In fact, she got a few roof tiles, that were found broken during home inspection, replaced for free! Also, Cathy offers the lock changing service as a housewarming gift which is a nice gesture and much appreciated. During the entire process, communication with Cathy was seamless. She always responded to all our questions promptly. She was also very patient with us and what we loved the most was that she always gave us hope and told us that we will find the right home. Even after the sale was completed and we had moved into the house, she was there to help us if we had any questions. One area where we felt Cathy could improve is in price negotiation. It would be good for Cathy to be more assertive on our behalf with the seller's agent. Overall we had a great experience with Cathy and would highly recommend her.
