Logan was incredibly helpful diagnosing my Inmotion V12 EUC after I thought I had a flat tire. He tested it thoroughly, confirmed there were no leaks or punctures, and got it serviced quickly so I could get back on the road. I also picked up a new helmet while I was there he helped me find the right fit and style. Really nice, professional guy and the kind of local business I love supporting. Highly recommend supporting this local small business. Great people, great service, and an all-around excellent experience! We called and spoke with Jake a few hours before closing and decided to make the 1.5-hour drive to check out scooters at Rent EBoards Houston. We were looking for a matching pair of Segway electric scooters tailored to each of our needs, specifically the Segway GT3 Pro and ZT3 Pro models. The GT3 is apparently brand new and had just been built by Austin right before we arrived. Jake was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, answering all our questions and making sure we understood the differences between models. You can only test drive the rental scooters, which felt a little tricky at first compared to the Segway models we ended up purchasing, but the team made the whole experience comfortable and low pressure. Everyone there genuinely loves what they do and believes in the products they sell. They even matched Best Buy’s sale price since we bought both models, which they are not always able to do. The shop performs Segway warranty work in-house, which typically takes about one to two weeks depending on their current queue. They also carry e-bikes, helmets, and accessories. Please consider buying from this shop over the big box stores. You will be supporting a great local team that truly cares about their customers!
Awesome shop and people here! They have a large selection of electric bikes, scooters, and motor parts. Had a missing nut on my bike and I went to another bike store and Home Depot but neither place had the right size. When I got here, Jake and Eddy took out their spare nut jar and helped me try them all out until we found one that fits. They really helped out a neighbor in need, thank you guys so much. Definitely come check on this locally owned shop!
Mannnn! The awesome things I could say about this place just goes on and on! My boyfriend and I got our first E-scooters back in November and after tons of research/testing we found this place and Apollo’s scooters. We both bought an Apollo City 24 from these guys and all the knowledge, recommendations and experience they have here has been exceptional! I crashed my City one night in Dec and the guys at rent EBoards did everything possible to find a part that basically didn’t exist/wasn’t available for sale on Apollo’s website and we finally got it! They also host rides a few times a month and anyone is welcome. All types of PEV’s and people get together and cruise throughout Houston on different routes getting to stop and eat at new restaurants, sight seeings, ect. We have gotten pretty close to a the staff here and we will continue to network and support this small business for many years to come. Cheers to everyone involved with this!! 🎉🤘
