The service we received was impeccable. Renting was easy and everything was delivered and picked up as promised. Rented tables, chairs and linens from Rent The Occasion for thanksgiving dinner. Highly recommend!
I had a dinner event recently and needed dishes, glasses, chafers, tables, chairs and more. The delivery was a day early which allowed more time for my set up. Tony was friendly and explained the order details on the equipment and went through every item I rented to ensure I had all that I needed. I had a great experience with Rent the Occasion! The chairs were lovely, comfortable, reasonably priced, and really elevated the atmosphere. Pascal and the other gentleman (I wish I remembered his name!) who delivered and picked up the chairs were wonderful- professional, personable, courteous, and efficient.
I couldn't have been happier with the service provided from booking to delivery. It was a very smooth process. The delivery individuals were very helpful and professional. They really helped make my weekend a success.
I rented chairs for a groundbreaking event held in July 2025. Everything about the rental experience was excellent. The online rental process was easy and fast. Just before the event I realized I needed to add additional chairs to the rental and communication with the company via phone was a breeze. They were quick to accommodate my change. Delivery and pickup was flawless and everyone we encountered with the company was polite. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again!
