I contacted this company for a quote on general pest control and a termite inspection. The lady I spoke with said there will be someone call me back soon, but after two days I still haven’t heard anything. Providing a quote shouldn’t take this long, and the lack of follow‑through has really affected my confidence in their service. If communication is this poor at the enquiry stage, I can’t imagine what the actual job would be like. I won’t be considering this company
Technician never turned up at the scheduled time and no one called to advise. I had to call multiple times to be told that they are trying to track down the technician before finally being told there was a ‘scheduling mix up’.

Excellent service and always on-time. We have been getting annual check and spray for a few years now. This year we had Dave M AKA American Dave - brilliant service and a brilliant job done. We have recommended Rentokil before and certainly will again. As added bonus Dave is a dog person, makes things easier if you have dogs - the dogs liked him too - so that's the best recommendation possible
We have used Rentokil for years now. The technicians are brilliant. We had Brian come and complete an inspection and pest control service last week - He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and the process involved. Thanks Brian - appreciate the work you did on our property .
