Mr Tim Miller came to do termites and rodents to my property and he was so detailed and patient. Very knowledgeable in pest control and i cannot thank him enough to take my worries away. Solved my problem in less than 2 hours. Very thorough and explained everything so well so I can have better prevention. Cannot recommend him enough, just so pleasant to have him doing the pest control for us. Thank you Tim!

From the very first call yesterday, Braydon, their customer service, was professional and friendly, he explained how their treatment will be very patiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Takudzwa (Cliff) Mukucha, the technician, who arrived on time, was very dedicated and responsible—he explained everything in detail and took the time to inspect the entire property and did the treatment as per. He was very very friendly and thoughtful. What stood out to me was their friendly service and attention to detail, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Really appreciate the help Braydon and Takudzwa have given to me! Highly recommend Rentokil Pest Control Melbourne to anyone who need similar services.
That vehicle was occupying the Loading Zone but wasn’t doing anything — the driver just got out to smoke. When I tried to point it out, he reacted aggressively, threatened me to move my car, and said he would report me and get me fined. I felt really helpless and intimidated by his behaviour. I definitely wouldn’t feel safe working with or dealing with a company like that.
Max from Rentokil is a great technician. Excellent customer service and always does his job with perfection. He is full of knowledge and keep suggesting us new ways to keep the store pest free. Thank you for amazing service.
