I'd say that Blaze is quite the professional, not only when it comes to customer service but repair as well! Boy oh boy does this place have it going on! Free coffee too! Come of here you value good customer service and repairs! 💻💿
They had my computer for 5 months, in that time they only called to update me twice. They never managed to fix it, and never even called me to say it was ready for pickup. I had to call them to find that out. Don't come here if you value your time or basic communication.
I would give zero stars if possible. I took a damaged USB drive and dropped it off to be sent to a company that uses Repair IT as their shipping/drop off store. 5 weeks later the repair company had not received it and Repair IT says they don’t have it. Go to the store to ask for them to find the repair and guy was less than helpful. Fast forward 2 more weeks and File Savers still doesn’t have the drive and says tracking number still says it’s in Louisville and they have this problem with them all the time. So now I’m 2 months in and can’t get my drive fixed that had many important documents on it. Avoid at all costs if they are a drop off point for another company’s repairs.
I knew Nick years ago at Computers Plus. I now use him at this location. He is a good and trustworthy man. He just did a job for me. Likewise, he could have taken advantage of me on, and he did not. He is fair, and goes the extra mile. You can trust him with your computer. I highly recommend him and his staff.
Excellent customer service - Fast - Responsive - Vast knowledge - Very Reasonable - Professional.. Had a hard time finding a company that really knew what they were doing before coming here they are awesome. Highly Recommend..
